Smoothies are created with a diverse blend of fresh fruit and add-ins such as protein, energizer and fiber are available for extra health benefits.
While there are pre-determined smoothie recipes available, Earth Shake gives you the option to build your own, customized smoothie with the fruit and supplements available. There is also a selection of sweeter smoothies for the little ones such
